The partnership between our school and our families ensures the long term growth and development of LEH.  That’s why every year, we ask our community to support the LEH Annual Fund via our "Support Us" page.

Your donation to LEH contributes directly to the success of the School and your investment makes a real difference in helping us expand the educational and extra-curricular opportunities for our students.

We spent £1.2m on financial support last year and gave the life changing opportunity of an LEH education to 56 students across the school, whose financial circumstance would not otherwise allow them to take up their place. This year, the demand for bursaries increased by over 100%. Your gift to the LEH Bursary Fund can help us support even more deserving students, so this year we are looking for support in three key areas:

We’d like to provide our students with a strength and conditioning studio that is second to none; one that can be used by our whole community but is equipped to a standard that makes it suitable for training our elite athletes. Your gift to provide state of the art facilities and equipment will help us fund the £40,000 we need to make this possible.

Our Annual Fund also focuses on providing funds to refurbish the Nora Nickalls Hall and the Junior School Hall.
The Halls have been an integral part of school life since 1937, where prayers were held on the very first morning that the school opened.  Since then, the Halls have been the setting for significant milestones in girls’ lives; assemblies, open day events, speech days, concerts, Careers and University Fairs and exams.  This continuous use means that the Hall is now looking tired, with faded furnishings, and outdated sound and lighting equipment.   

We want to transform the Halls with state-of-the-art facilities so that it can be enjoyed now, and by future generations of LEH girls, but we cannot do this without you.  So far, we have raised £15k and hope to achieve our target of £100k by the end of 2020.
